Cynthia has over 15 years of direct experience evaluating resumes for both public and private sectors organizations. She has held important positions within the federal government supporting senior officials and political appointees. Due to her stellar achievements both professionally and academically, Cynthia quickly advanced to the acquisition and contracting functional discipline and specializes in market research, development of successful pricing strategies and providing salary negotiation techniques. Cynthia provides resume and career-coaching services to individuals within various industries and with various functional disciplines. She is also sought after for small business development initiatives in marketing and operations. Cynthia is a member of the National Association of Resume Writers, National Contract Management Association, and National Defense Industry Association.

Randi Clark, Career Coach
Randi brings extensive experience in human resource management and organizational consulting with a focus on leadership development, executive coaching and career transition. Her industry expertise includes technology, professional services, insurance, environmental services and healthcare. She has a unique ability to engage and motivate clients, as well as apply various assessment tools to provide solutions tailored to each individual. Randi has held senior Human Resources management positions, in which she coached and advised executives, managers and professionals in Fortune 500 companies and small business. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Iowa with a dual focus in Human Resources and Finance. Randi is certified in Leadership and Organizational Development from both Lominger International and Development Dimensions International.

Andrea Springer-Collins – Senior Editor
Andrea advises clients on product development and branding image, and serves as technical editor for CCP. Andrea is experienced with coordination of activities in production, sales and marketing research development, advertising and promotion, purchasing, and distribution to ensure clients achieve profitable outcomes. She applies real-life mentoring skills and provides authentic support that targets mission focus. Andrea’s background in education has spanned 15 years and four states where she served students and adults with diverse abilities across the learning spectrum. The former radio news editor and announcer functions on the premise that attitude is everything; that one’s course in life is measured by purpose and vision to pursue their personal best. Andrea holds a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Oklahoma, with an emphasis in Human Relations.
